To book me as your photographer I require a 20% deposit of the day rate. This forms the basis of our contract. You must notify me of any change to, or cancelation of, the date of your wedding. I cannot guarantee that I will be available to be your photographer should you alter the date, but where possible I will accomodate any changes you choose to make. If you cancel or change the date within eight weeks of the original Wedding date, you will be responsible for paying the full day rate cost. This will be waived should you re-book me for an alternative date on which I am available. The outstanding balance must be paid in full on presentation of your photographs.
